How to easier help a FICS user?

Not all questions TD Sibylle can answer.
It is sometimes good reformulate users question so that Sibylle could understand.
So the scheme can be depicted like this:
User's complex question --> my simplified question to Sibylle -->
--> Sibylle's answer --> copy of the answer to user(s)
