How to find an opponent?

I-st method

1. Somewhere in the Internet announce:
   
   1. Your possible and preferable playing schedule.
   2. Your possible and preferable game types.
   3. Your opening variations (or few thirst moves) you would like to play(try, analyze...).
2. "shout", "cshout", "tell [channel e.g.:90/101]" something like this:
   I seek 90mins +30secs chess, rated, now or at scheduled time, with set or not set opening variation, please read my finger note 10 before any offer.
   And do(seek)so, from time to time until you'll have optimal opponent choice.
3. view users of channels:
   inch 90
inch 101
4. finger [user in a channel]
5. Contact a user:
   i. tell [user] "something"
   ii. tell [user] "Would you like to play time control xx yy game z? If yes, please read MY PREFERENCES -finger note 10.

There is how I set my finger note 10
(This too long to publish in FICS):
set 10 TO MY OPPONENTS
i. Opponent agrees that he will not make any questions, like "are you still there?", during the game. I have time on the clock and I can think until the end of it. If you are disappointed (or you think, you can be disappointed) about my thinking time, please do not start playing with me or just put me in "noplay" list.
ii. Opponent uses something like "ping [user]" command if some technical questions arise.
iii. Opponent proposes adjournment (best scenario) if he/she can't normally finish a game, otherwise - disconnects (worst scenario).
iv. We will play during game, neither talk, neither argue.
v. After the game we can discuss about it or anything else, if you like. We can even schedule a rematch or other game.
vi. You very well know that lack of respect to your opponent is clearly an abuse. And anything stronger abusive will surely reported to server admins.
vii. Be 100% sure that will be no tiny of argument with any kind (technical or psychological) of abuser. It simply will be reported to the server administration.
viii. Do not use playing programs at any game stage - it will be detected by various methods.
ix. Any abusive behavior does not worth its risk.
This short variant is FICS text length acceptable:
set 10 TO MY OPPONENTS: 1. My time zone: PDT+10. 2. We can schedule our matches/analysis. 3. We can play various game types/opening variations. i. Do not ask me to play faster(If there is time control). If you do not like time control that is offered, choose another. ii. We will play during the game, neither talk, neither argue. iii. If there are problems: offer to adjourn or simply disconnect. iv. Do not use playing programs at any game stage - it will be detected by various methods. v. WARNING: Any abusive behavior does not worth its risk.
D. If opponent agrees with your preferences, than:
